 I'm Howard Berkman. I am a small, privately owned company based out of the Bay Area in California, but I gladly offer my services everywhere in the United States. Berkman Financial has been offering services in both loan and credit approval authority for 25 years. 

At Berkman Financial Services I understand the challenge of keeping a business afloat in today's economy, and I understand the many challenges in getting a loan. I realize that every business has a story, and I'd like to hear yours. 

With 38 years of experience in the Asset Based Lending Business, I have the expertise to work efficiently with lenders and encourage borrower credibility and timing urgency. With the proper approach I can guarantee a very responsive initial loan determination.  

If the lender does not want the deal, I move on to the next lender quickly, providing clients with lender responses in a matter of days, rather than months. I understand that time is of the essence when in need of cash, and finding the best rate and structure on a loan.

At Berkman Financial Services I offer:

~Lending against assets such as accounts receivables, inventory, equipment, and other collateral.

~Subordinated debt based on cash flow and future outlook.

~Mezzanine Financing based on cash flow and future outlook of the company (warrants usually required).

~Equity or venture capital based on future outlook of company (warrants of stock always required).
